Winter Fenceline...

Happy Friday!
Just stopping by with a card I made a few days ago, I haven`t been able to post it until now. I`ve used a winter image from Serendipity, called Winter Fenceline.
Even though it`s a winter image, I chose to work with warm yellow and orange. I stamped the image and sentiment with Versamark and heat embossed with black embossingpowder. I created the sun by sponging with Distress Inks.
Papers are MME and Prima, borderpunch from Martha Stewart.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and thanks a million times for all your encouraging comments!! Have a wonderful weekend:-)

Woohooo!

Good morning!

I have some exciting news to share!!
A couple of days ago I recieved an email from Beth Pingry telling me that I had WON the International Blogger Contest at Spellbinders!!! How lucky am I!!?
You can read all about it here. I am sooo excited about this and can`t wait to get started!
I`m sure you all know how much I love my Spellbinders dies...;-)

Well, before I run off to work; Have a wonderful weekend!

Simple Sympathy...

Happy Monday!

I hope you had a wonderful weekend! I spent mine cleaning up our basement, throwing lots of old stuff...what a refreshing feeling!
I`ve also spent the past week nursing my oldest son who had surgery on his badly broken arm last monday. Unfortunately it was the right arm, but he is much better now, and he`s back at school:-)

I`ve made a sympathy card today, using a couple of images from I Brake For Stamps.
I stamped the leaves two times on a Long Classic Rectangles LG die cut and colored with Distress Inks. I popped up the leaves with dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment on a Labels Eleven die cut and placed it in the middle. The border at the bottom is Fleur De Lis Borderabilities Petite.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and have a wonderful evening!

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter!

This is my first (and probably only) Easter card this year...
I found this old image by Joanna Sheen and thought it would be perfect for the Emboss Resist technique. I embossed it with white EP and sponged the background with different shades of orange, and of course I had to add some pearls:)
I used my Spellbinders dies (Fleur de Lis) as background and added satin ribbon.

I hope you enjoy your Easter Holiday, and thanks for stopping by!
