Happy Sunday!
I hope you`re not completely intimidated by the colors of this card... Orange is in fact my daughters favorite color, and she suggested that I should do a card in that color. And...so I did!
I colored the image with Marvy Le Plume Markers and Distress Inks, and aged it a bit with Vintage Photo (Distress Ink).
And as you see, I`ve got my brand NEW spellbinders dies!! Oh boy, do I ever love those lacey dies! They are actually square shaped, but I made them a bit longer to fit the image.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Supplies: Stamps: Bunch Of Daisies by I Brake For Stamps, Archival Ink Coffee, Distress Inks, Marvy Le Plume Markers, Spellbinders: Labels Fourteen, Lacey Squares, Pearls, ribbon, eyelets, butterfly from Karen-Marie Klip, Papers: Graphic 45.
It's so beautiful and the die is too! TFS!
ReplyDeleteWauw Yvonne, I love your nice coloured orange card, the image is soooo beautiful. Its something different finally beside all the Magnolia´s and Tilda papers and all the other cuties. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteRegards from Ageeth
...ohhhh Yvonne, another beauty and I laughed when I saw the "orange" as I know that's not your regular color palette! ... (I'm not a RED person, so it's out side the box for me too!)
ReplyDelete..Could you please explain or do a tutorial on how you expanded the nestability to make it longer/larger????
... I've had that problem when I could use just a 1/2 inch MORE for the perfect fit!
...also, What company made the butterfly punch and is the flower image from Serendipity??
ReplyDeleteOrange is totally not my colour, but you've made something beautiful out of it ;-)
ReplyDeletehugs, Elly
Je kaart is weer prachtig Yvonne!!

Må kanskje prøve å investere i noen nye etter hvert her.
Ønsker deg en flott uke.

Sending best wishes and hugs!
